Go back in outlook and hit Funambol, Sync All. This time the plug-in should synchronize properly, and all of the contacts and calendar items that were on your phone should be available in outlook.

You server is now online and you should be able to sync your outlook and your phone whenever you like. You should also be able to add additional devices by following the procedures we used above.
