Some keys are open by the system or other processes. And there are NO system restore points before the last two. MS windows just make me want to smash my computer against the wall. I am so sick of down time, re-install time. Why can't they make a registry core for Windows that can't be re-written, over written or modified by programs and then have the majority of programs run in sandbox.

Solution Found for the problem 0x0CC03 After I noticed that the program was shown in control panel as safety scanner testtesttest I removed but it does not dissapear but does with a refresh!

A small problem I have with the safety scanner after it started working when it gets to the Performance and Registry clean section it says Found 29 registry Items, 0 cleaned, 29 errors, 0 skipped by user I have run it again after 2 hour wait to scan for Virus's again!!!
