SSMA returns errors since some microsoft. In return I can't select any table. Downloading the fix which I found for exact this error message doesn't install You need Office first. Sounds like environmental troubles to me.
Are you sure your Office and Windows installs are fully up to date? There are other utilities that will upsize your Access database to SQL.
Search for "migrate access to sql server" and choose one. Usually I use Apple machines, so there are no old installations of anything, I bought everything fresh. The upsize wizard option does not appear on my database tools menu. Nor dos convert. Why would this be?
